warranty for 2 years for broken products when it is
being accepted and the broken products caused by unconstruction.
Karunia Mas Jati, CV gives 2 years warranty for products in terms as
follow:

1. |
The broken products enclosing some acceptable
proves will be replaced the same as the price of
raw material, or we will refund your money back |
|
2. |
The shipment of replacement product is 5 weeks
after submitting warranty claim agreed |
|
3. |
The replacement of the broken product is not
including the shipment cost. |
|
|
|
4. |
The
warranty is not including the replacement of the broken
products caused by sea water or disaster on the way of
shipment. |
|
5 |
The
warranty for 4 month - after shipment must be at least
have 2 times purchasing or 2 containers |
|
6. |
The
warranty is not compiled if the terms of submission
warranty is ignored, these are the terms :
- Copy purchase order
- Copy L/C
- Copy of unloading container letter from Depo
- Copy checking list take apart of container
- Letter or claim submission
- Photograph of each products and the clarification of the broken product |
