What is your type production
Product type is teak garden furniture, teak aluminum furniture,
teak indoor and other kind of indoor furniture with many kind of
wood
What areas of the world does the lumber
come from? – Tectona grandis SPP , Swietenia SPP
We buy wood for the raw material of our production that is teak
mahogany and other sustainably managed woods through legal purchasing
initiative offered by the government of Indonesia, Department of
Forestry. The wood comes primarily from the sustainably managed
plantations of Perhutani www.perhutani.com , in some areas like Apex,
Blora, Jatirogo and Central Java, Indonesia. Other
raw material like wood veneer, etc. we buy from direct distributor.
Purchasing and Distribution of raw materials and delivery to our factory is done
after our the order process has been completed, confirmed and accepted.
Does the wood which is processed dried
by either kiln or air dry ?
All wooden raw material which we use in production is after
passing the rough cut process, dried properly wood kiln ovens. For mahogany
wood the drying process take approximately one week during which
the wood will be dried to at least 10% MC. For teak the drying
process usually takes a minimum of two week with first water
rate of exit of oven MC reaching a level of 10-12%.
Do the finished products also
pass through the oven process ?
Often we expose our constructed products to a special oven
period, especially for teak products. Whether or not this
special step is utilized depends on the season or the
weather when production process takes place because seasonal changes of
temperature and high relative humidity can have an undesired
effect and influence the amount of water content in
the wood used in production of our products.
How does the guarantee apply for problems
caused by incorrect, incomplete or insufficient dryness wood
material used in production ?
Our guarantee to this type of problem, is 100% replacement
of broken part, including if necessary full item replacement.
This, with the exception of any damage done or occurring from
damage in shipment or during unloading and unpacking of products
from the container. Our guarantee does not apply to water damage
that occurs from shipment due to any cause. Each container is
extensively inspected by our own representatives before the
container is sent to the loading point. Currently 18% of
all containers are rejected due to cracks or leaks in container
floors, ceilings or door seals. Any and all claim for cracking
or wood problems must be submitted as soon as possible after
receipt of product and accompanied for each item with two
digital images per item; one of the full item and one close up
of the problem area.

Where does the manufacturing and
assembly take place ?
In producing orders, we provide properly dried raw material
which is then
processed either through owner or subcontracted manufacturing
facilities with further distribution to selected home industry
centers for specialty processing such as carving as related to the
specific order. After assembly and passing through a rigorous QC
process all further steps for finishing,
final fit out, packing and loading for shipment is conducted at
the KMJ central facility.
What type of tests are involved in quality control ?
The Type of Test which conducted in activity of QC is :
a. Testing to strength and accuration of extension by stretching
and burdening.
b. Testing to rate irrigate wood after becoming raw materials,
by using moisture meter.
c. Testing to dimension of material, by toll meter and scat mat.
d. Testing to materials structure balancing by using glass desk
e. Testing to type product of knock down by assembling and
releasing back or giving code to
produce the non full machine.
Is there system control during
production process ?
During production process, from process of raw material
choosing, splitting, distributing, assembling, becoming raw
materials, sanding, finishing, equipment, antique, packing and
before exporting, all have been passed controlling process by
Quality Control as their each department.
Can I buy product at retail ? How much
amount of purchasing minimum at retail ?
One pieces for us is portion, so it’s not possible we refuse, no
matter how much materials you need, we will conveniently give
the best service. If your order to us is less than 20 ft
container of our expectation to you, it means your order we
classified into LCL order , we apologize if you are pleased to
pay beforehand from your value order before we start to process

What materials is used for packaging ?
Foam, waxed paper and cardboard paper, labeling, brass logo .No
corrugated cardboard. For mirrors, we will put Styrofoam in
front of the glass, and box them in a wooden frame.
Upon your request, we can do box packing for you. The cost of
the box will be charged to your account.
Does in packaging use wood material
also ?
We doesn’t use woods material in packaging process.
Can production process go on by using
the data photo only ?
We can produce products with sample photograph, in
condition it’s in real size, or we can give description size if
requested.
Do you accept any special orders ?
All merchandise inquiries are welcome. While we cannot guarantee
that we will be able to fulfill every request, we do promise to
do our best to make you happy.
